On March 10, 2025, I faced a challenge in arranging transportation for my 96-year old, non-ambulatory mother to attend a doctor's appointment the following day, March 11, 2025. I contacted Traveling Grace Transportation and the owner confirmed that they could provide transportation, accompany my mother to the appointment, and return her to her residence. The driver, Mel, was remarkable, providing gentle assistance to my mother in and out of the vehicle while she was in her wheelchair. Mel's compassion and care for my mother's needs were exemplary. I appreciate Traveling Grace's assistance and intend to use their services again.

We used Traveling Grace Transportation to get our mom to a concert at Rady Shell. My mom has gotten very shy and timid. The driver made mom feel very comfortable. The driver asked mom who we were going to see at the concert, she then played a few songs by the artist and they sang all the way there. Her interaction with mom was so sweet I had video to show my siblings. Upon departure mom was excited she gave the driver a hug and was ready for her concert.
